Ventura Seaside Tournament "Reminder" Information Sheet

• Before any team can begin play in their first scheduled tournament game, a Ventura Seaside Tournament Roster/Release Form listing all eligible players and signed by a parent or guardian of each player must be on file with the Division Director.
• Remember, as stated in the "Rules and Regulations" sheet as stated on this website, all teams must have proof of grade or age appropriate eligibility documents at all games. Coaches - Please review the "Rules and Regulations"!
• Please be at the gym 1/2 hour before your scheduled game time unless it is the very first game of the day. In that case, please have you team at the gym 15 minutes before game time.
• This tournament is a fund-raiser and all proceeds benefit the local youth. The team tournament entry fee allows all eligible team players and 2 coaches (head and assistant coach) free admission to all games. All others (additional assistant coaches, parents, statisticians, etc.) will be required to pay an admission fee per the following schedule:
  • FRIDAY ONLY
    • Three Day Tourney Pass (Fri/Sat/Sun) - $14
    • Age 12 and Under - Free
    • Age 13 through High School - $2
    • Adults - $4
  • SATURDAY
    • Two Day Tourney Pass (Sat/Sun) - $12
    • Age 12 and Under - Free
    • Age 13 through High School - $2
    • Adults - $7
  • SUNDAY
    • Age 12 and Under - Free
    • Age 13 through High School - $2
    • Adults - $7
  • Tournament Shirts
    • $15 per shirt, $25 for 2 shirts
• Any misconduct or offensive language by a team representative that includes a coach, player, or parent will not be tolerated. Once warned, the team representative will be requested to leave the gym and possibly be expelled from the tournament. The game referees and/or tournament/division directors will have the final say in such matters.
