A Separate Roster Form is required for each Team entered.
Must be submitted by 1st Game - No Exceptions

ELIGIBLE PLAYERS must be in the school grade (or below) of the designated divisions.  Boys divisions ONLY will have an "Aged Based Component" as well.  Primary Eligibility is centered on "Grade Based" for the current 2012/2013 academic year.  The "Aged Based Exception" is based on a September 1, 2013 cut-off.  See Rules and Regulations for example.
